 Creativity has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Throughout my career as a trauma social worker, I have turned to crafting as a meaningful way to practice self-care and maintain balance. I experience firsthand how creative activities can promote relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being. Today, I combine my lifelong love of crafting with my passion for helping others by creating handmade pieces that celebrate creativity, connection, and wellness.
